1. Pro-Rated Rent Refunds:
- No refunds will be provided if the premises are vacated by the occupant before the end of any month for which the rental payment has been made.
2. Security Deposit:
- The security deposit may be applied towards any outstanding balance, including but not limited to:
- Unpaid rent for the subsequent month if the tenant fails to provide the required 30-day notice to end tenancy.
- Costs associated with the removal of abandoned items.
- After deducting applicable charges or outstanding balances, any remaining portion of the security deposit will be refunded to the lessee.
3. Termination of Lease Agreement:
- In the event of termination of the lease agreement, any remaining portion of the security damage deposit, after deduction for applicable charges or outstanding balances, shall be refunded to the lessee as per the terms and conditions outlined in the lease agreement.
4. Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be issued for any loss or damage to the occupant's personal property stored on the premises, or for any interruption of business carried out in the leased premises.
- The owner shall not be held liable for refunds due to damage or destruction of the premises by fire or other casualty.
